Michael Vincent…

At 17 years old Michael Vincent is very young. His talents onstage include playing behind his head, with his teeth, and energy exertion that seems inhuman. Born in May of 1991 it wasn’t long after he could walk and talk that his love for music began to grow. With a house full of Jimi Hendrix, Albert King, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and B.B. King albums, among others, growing up while studying the blues became everyday life. Now at 16 years old he continues to experiment with sounds and techniques while perfecting his art. He writes and plays daily…when he’s not playing out.

Danny “Big Mac" Jackson

Danny is a talented musician as well as a stand up kid. With Football, Skiing, and many other extra curricular activities he is a great multi-tasker. Amazingly with all of his obligations he finds the time for his #1 favorite thing to do. Play the Blues. An unbelievable bass player with only 6 years experience makes him what Vincent calls “A Natural.” Keeping the bottom end tight and rolling is what he does best like that of Noel Redding and Jack Bruce in which he idolizes. Playing gigs is what Big Mac loves to do, and playing everyday is common behavior. For Danny Jackson, his future may be uncertain, but it does hold one thing… his music.

Dan "D" Hewitt

Dan Hewitt is one of the finest young drummers in New Hampshire. After replacing Doubleshot’s original drummer he began wowing audiences as well as Danny and Michael with his impressive speed and accuracy. Idolizing drum greats like Gene Krupa, Buddy Rich and John Bonham, Hewitt has taken his influence and rolled it into a rare left-right handed setup and gives Doubleshot a new and exciting element in their overall sound.

Taylor Lannamann

Born in March of 1992, Taylor Lannamann is the youngest (and newest) member of Doubleshot. Having played piano since he was 5 years old, Lannamann has progressed through various musical forms such as classical, jazz, rock, and blues. With the knowledge and training of jazz piano, Taylor grasps every note he plays with a certain level of understanding and appreciation -- no matter what the song is. Along with being introduced to the blues, Lannamann was also introduced to the Hammond organ. The possibilities of the versatile instrument leave immense room for his fresh ideas and thoughts within the music. Whether he's floating in the background, keeping melodies tied down, or he's flying on the keys during a solo, it is clear that Lannamann is here to stay.
